Word templates on an ASP

We are a consulting firm with five users accessing Word 2003 on a remote
Citrix application server over the Internet. All 5 users access the same
version of Word on the server rather than their own machines.
Is the fact that all users access the same normal.dot a problem?
Where should we locate our user templates (which will be accessed by al 5
users), and how do we avoid these being accidentally altered by one user?

Share workgroup templates rather than user templates. Do not share
normal.dot. For more on the different kinds of templates, tabs on the file
new dialog, and locations of templates folders see
