Word Printing Problems

I recieved this word-2003 document from a co-worker. Every time I hit the
print button it blanks-out the prage and no text prints. It is a form.
Has anyone had this happen before?

If the box for "Print data only for forms" is checked on the Print tab of
Tools | Options, then only the filled-in parts will print. And if the form
is unprotected, then the form fields will be updated (cleared) when you
print if "Update fields" is checked in the Print Options. The result would
be a blank page.
