where is the spell check in word pad ?

There is no spell check in WordPad. If you do a google search you will find
a few third party add-ons.

WordPad has no built-in spell checker.

There are 3ed party utilities that will add this function such as Spell
Check Anywhere.

WordPad is a very primitive word processor--not much more than a glorified
text editor. As such, it doesn't have anywhere near all the features of a
full-featured word processor like Word or WordPerfect. Among the many things
it doesn't have is a spell checker.

There are, however, third-part spell checkers that will work with it.

Hi campsite:

Another alternative if you do not need this feature very often and you don't
like adding-on to your list of programs is to open a blank doc in a
full-featured word processor you already have and then cut & paste your text
there to do a spell check. then simply cut & paste back to the word pad.
This may require re-establishing a few hard page breaks, etc. but will work
just fine with a little practice.
