Word indexes and tables

HOw can I make a list, like an outline with several indented levels and also have corresponding numbers aligned to the right

Red
Blue 4,
Green
Orange 2, 4,

The numbers must be aligned flush right and extend left as more are added without changing the position of the words on the left.
