First you need to download the document. You might be able to open and edit
it with WordPad.
An alternative to purchasing MS Word is to use the free Open Office Suite.
It is a large download so I wouldn't attempt it without a fast connection.
The suite has a number of applications similar to programs like MS Word,
Excel, PowerPoint etc. You can set the preferences of these apps to Open and
Save microsoft documents.
