Does anyone know how to have the recipients name automatically insert into the first line of a header. For example, we need page 2 of a letter to have a header with the receipients name on the first line, the date on the second line and the page number on the third line.
 
I have to assume that you are doing this from Access, since this is an
Access newsgroup.

You use Word Bookmarks, and write to them from Access. Some demo code is
available at my website:
