Word Freezing

Hello,

My MS Word 7 is having problems. When I am in Word the screen freezes. I
cannot highlight anything. I can type, but not able to use my tab key etc.

When I try to close the screen I get
Microsoft Word has stopped working
Check online for solutions
Restart the program
Window

I have uninstalled Microsoft Word 7 and reloaded it. It does not make a
difference. Please help!~

Try renaming the normal.dotm template and then restart Word.
