Word editor messing up HTML

Hi all,

When creating a signature using HTML, the signature looks fine in the
preview pane. But when using Word as editor, Word messes up the HTML and the
signature looks terrible. Is there any way to force Word to leave my HTML
alone?

There's a table and Word seems to add a lot of styles so the table does not
show correctly.
