Office 2003 is installed six on this machines with OutLook.

Only one has this problem. Word is selected in the editor for mail format
and Html is selected in the drop down. The name of the signature file has
been selected in both new and forward / reply drop downs. I can unselect
them to none. Three Format files were created by outlook rft, html and txt.

But

Creating a new email from the outlook tool bar "New" > "Mail Messages" the
signature does not automaticly insert. but it can be added manually by the
toolbal "Insert".

The signatures for forward and reply word fine. And they are the very same
three files mentioned above.

This is the President of the company and I doesn't look good that his
Outlook is messed up. Can anybody help.

Has the person created a default signature for ALL of the accounts he has?
