Word does not print after SP4 for Win 2000 installed

After installing SP4 on Windows 2000 pro, Word 97 .doc's
form Office 97 Pro no longer print out!! They become
distorted or just the header prints out or blank pages, a
few lines, a few dots etc. Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated. This is driving me crazy and nothing
seems to come up in the knowledge base on this issue or
known issues from the SP4 update pg.

Check the printer manufacturers web site for an updated version of your
printer drivers and install.
