0x0000007B Inaccessable Boot Device after install SP4

HELP!

I installed service pack 4 on my PC...

Compaq Workstation 5100. SCSI HardDrive. Windows 2000 Pro.
After installing the SP4, my machine boots up and I get:

*** STOP: 0x0000007B (0x81586590, 0xC000014F, 0x00000000,
0x00000000) INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

This error occured when I instal SP2 on my computer.

My questions:
1. How can I fix this?
2. If I cannot fix this, how do I back-out SP4 since I
have to do it thought the recovery console.
