Word Count

I am trying to send a word file to a transcription agency, which charges
according to number of key strokes. Key strokes include deletion,
correction, and adding of new words. How does the transcription agency know
how many key strokes it has typed to the old document? Also, is it possible
to count words by font color?

It sounds like you need other software running when you work. I know Word
can tell you how many words, etc but I don't think it can count keystrokes.
