Word could not load the e-mail envelope.

I receive a message "Word could not load the e-mail envelope. This could be
caused by a network connection problem or a problem with your Office
installation". I am using Word 2002 and Outlook 2002 as well as the XP
operating system. Can anyone help. The only fix I have seen is for Word
2000. Any suggestions?

Does this happen even when you've got Outlook running? I have found on some
machines that you have to leave Outlook running in the background if you want
to use Word to e-mail - although obviously it's designed to work even if
Outlook isn't running.
