Word - Column question - HELP

HELP! I have TWO COLUMNS. What key do I use to move/jump to the 2nd col?
CANNOT find this in help. Need info immediately. Thank you.

If you need to jump between columns at specific points, you must use a table
instead of newspaper columns. See

You can't "jump" to the next column (as if you wanted to go back and
forth between them); you type until the first column is full, and then
it goes to the next column; or you insert a Column Break.

If you want stuff to line up between two columns, make a two-column
table and turn off all the border lines.
