Word asks me to change template at close

When I try to close a saved Word document it keeps asking me if I want to
save a new template. It never use to ask me that until my computer locked up
while a Word document was open. How can I stop it from asking me about
templates upon closing my Word documents?

The bad file was named "wkwdaddn.dll" If this happens to someone else do a
search for this file. I fixed it by going to wkwdaddn.dll in DOS and typing
ren wkwdaddn.dll *.doc

wkwdaddn.dll is the Microsoft Works Suite Add-in for Word; the proper
procedure for dealing with it is to uninstall it through Control Panel |
Add/Remove Programs.
