Word as email editor

When I upgraded from Outlook 97 to Outlook 2002, i chose
Word as my email editor. I also activated the software on
the MS site. Now, word is not the email editor, and when
I go into Tools...Options...Mailformat, the option to use
word as email editor is grayed out and can't be picked.
Any thoughts?

I THINK that you also need Word 2002 to do that. Did you
just upgrade Outlook and not Word? Other than that, I
don't know...

You are correct. Outlook and Word need to be the same
version.
