Word as email editor

hi,
Wenever I compose new mail word is opening to compose the mail, my friend
told that is because word as the editor, how can I take out this option?
I use OL2003

Dear
Go to Outlook, Tools, Options, Mail Format - take out the tick mark of use
MSword2003 to edit my email message.
