Word as Email Editor

When I have it turned on and use rich text and send emails, there are spaces
between each line in my signature. When I use rich text but use outlook
editor, the lines are not there, as I would like. I already checked the
"format-paragraph" area in word when editing the signature and it is single
spaced with no "after" or "before" spacing.

Use Shift+Enter instead of Enter to end each line.
