Word and Email

Every time I write and email or open Word the Underline option is always
highlighted. Everything I type is underlined, even after I deselect the
underline button. Is there a template I need to fix?

you could try deleting the normal.dot template from the word directory -
word will remake it as a blank one

you might want to ask the question in a word help group too.
