Everything is underlined in my email

Hello

I cannot figure out how to stop outlook from underlining everything
automatically including my signature! When I highlight and take underline off
and send the email, it shows on my 3rd party email account as underlined,
everything including gaps between paragraphs.

I have done Tools > options > mail format > font > choose font .. and
uncheck underline.

My Underline was checked and I thaught it would fix my problem. But it
didn't. I also restarted the computer after I un-checked the box.

My word program was having the same problem but I managed to find the file
that contained template and I created a new template without the underline
selected. I deleted the old template. This fixed my underlining problem with
word but not in Outlook.

Any other thaughts? Suggestions?

Which version of Outlook?
Just as you did for Word you might need to delete the template and let
Outlook recreate it.
