word and access 2003

I can input data from a query from accewss 2003 into a word 2003 document.
but what i really want is to only retrieve the records where one of the
fields in the query is the same as the file name of the word document.. any
ideas of how to do this please

Use Mailmerge to link your document to your database query and insert a merge
field for the field you wish to have appear in your document.

In Word 2003, the MailMerge Wizard should walk you through the whole
process.

Tools | Envelopes and Letters | MailMerge Wizard.

Your access file will be your data source.
