Word 2K - AutoText

Hi

I have a letterhead which contains two text boxes with text in each of them
and then some basic sentences as the body of the doc..
I made a small change to the doc (in one of the text boxes) and now I sm
unable to save the amended doc as auto text because I am unable to highlight
the whole doc.
What am I doing wrong or overlooking? Thanks.

CTRL+A?

Why not simply save the amended 'document' as a template -
