Word 2007 keeps popping up document recovery for Normal.dotm

Note- We are using Office 2007 in terminal server environment
Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition

This is our issue- Every other time anyone opens Word 2007 It brings up on
left hand side the document recovery for Normal.dotm and (1) random document
I opened as attachement from Outlook. I have tried already removing all
normal.dotm fiels, re-named reg keys as in data folder under office 12, did
search for normal.dotm in reg still nothing. Also note- I hvae reinstalled
word from control panel, in safe mode and from setup.exe itself and after a
few tries opening and closing word we get same issue.. any other ideas ??

Are you trying to share the normal template?
You cannot share the Normal.dot file among multiple users in Word

No we are not sharing the normal.dotm file.. thanks for you help got any
other ideas ? =)

In that case ensure that there are no orphan temporary files -
http://www.gmayor.com/what_to_do_when_word_crashes.htm and delete the
unwanted ASD files associated with the recovery system.
