Word 2007 and Outlook Express

Am I correct that I cannot send a Word document I have open via Outlook
Express in Word 2007? I can only use Outlook? Is this another one of the
"to better serve our customers we have deleted this option" from Microsoft.

I've never really used OE, but others have reported your troubles, and
solutions have been posted, i.e.:
