Word 2007 & Envelops & Outlook Express

I like Outlook Express and want to use it as my default mail program. I also
like to address envelops in Word by inserting addresses from my address book
instead of typing them out each time. When I had Office 2000 I could have
both.

Now I have just put Office 2007 on my computer and I can no longer keep
Outlook Express as my default mail program. Word 2007 cannot use the Outlook
Express address book. And Word 2007 can only use the addresses in Outlook
2007 Contacts if Outlook is the default mail program. (And of course the
Outlook Address Book is empty and won't let any addresses be listed.)

I have learned all this after several hours of exploring Office Standard
2007. I do not like being forced to give up Outlook Express. Has anyone
found a way to keep Outlook Express as the default mail program and still be
able to insert addresses on envelops in Word 2007?

What you ask is not possible. The insert address function requires Outlook.
