Word 2003 template

I downloaded a template from microsoft, after entry all data, I view it in
print preview looks exactly like I want however if I save it and email it the
receipent gets it with all the template grid lines. how do I get rid of them.
I've tried to cut and paste or save as another doc but cant seem to get it
to work

That's not under your control; that depends on your recipient's Word
settings.

What you could do is send a pdf instead of a Word file.
