Word 2003 Long Document - Won't print past section three

I have a 111 page document that will not print past section 3, which is the
first five pages of the file. Even when specifying a range of pages/sections
to print, it will not print outside of those five pages. Word looks like
it's printing, with the print icon at the bottom of the screen showing
printing, but no output, to either printers or Adobe Acrobat.

I have the "view all" turned on to see if I embedded the secret "don't print
after the fifth page" code :)

Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated since the world (and my boss)
would really like to see this document.

The print icon appears in the status area (at the bottom of the Word
application) and appears to print. However, no output appears anywhere.

Does the printer spit out blank pages, or does nothing happen at all?
