header not printing in every section

I have a Word 2003 document with several sections. Each section has a
header, each set to NOT “same as previous.†When I view the document in
print layout or print preview, I can see all the headers just as they should
be. Despite this, only the header in the very last section actually prints.
There’s no hidden text anywhere and my page setup and print options are set
to print drawing objects, etc. I’ve checked and double-checked everything I
can think of.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks-
