Word 2003-hyperlinks and locked forms

I had a hyperlink to a web site inserted into a "locked" document which was
set up as a form using fields and check boxes. The web site is still good,
but the hyperlink does not open with a CTRL/CLICK as prompted. It was
working last week, and now is not. I can't get it to hyperlink now, without
unlocking the document. Help
 
I don't know how you had it working before. The only method I know about for
using hyperlinks in a locked form involves a MacroButton field and a macro,
as described at http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/HLinksInForms.htm.
