Word 2002 is using Word 2000 style for Track Changes

I have a document that MAY have been created in Word 2000 (I'm not sure). I
modified it in Word 2002, using Track Changes. But it does not use the
Balloons style of track changes. Use Balloons is checked.

And that you're in a view that shows balloons (Print Layout and Web Layout
only)?
