Word 2000 envelope printing

Hello,
Envelopes will not print right. Envelope goes through and sounds like it's
printing fine but it is blank. Other documents print fine. I've tried several
different things but nothing has worked. Any one know how to fix this?

Print your "envelope" onto a full sheet of paper to find out *where* it is
printing. Then either feed the envelope in that position or change the feed
method in the Print Options to match where you are feeding the envelope.

Thank you Suzanne. I did try that but it did not work either. I finally
uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and now the envelopes are printing
fine. Thanks again
