Won't start minimized

I want a program (actually Outlook) to start minimized when I click on the
shortcut. I've tried changing the properties of the shortcut (set to Run:
minimized) but it will not run minimized. Why will it not do what I tell it
to!

Use the START command in the command-line for Outlook's shortcut:
START /?
at a DOS prompt will give you some details on this.
