won't send but will recieve e-mails....."System Administrater"

I'm using Microsoft outlook 2003. When i try to send e-mails i get a new mail
in my inbox from "system administrater" telling me "mail undeliverable"even
though my accounts are properly set up. But i am able to receive
e-mails........???????

Check your SMTP server settings and confirm they are correct with your ISP.
