Won't Post

I have a new install pc that intermittently posts to different degrees. I
did get it to post after multiple tries and installed os. Now I can't get
it to post to os. Sometimes it will not fire the monitor. Tried a
different cpu and video card. Any ideas, mobo, memory? Thanks, Ray

New case with 400W ps, ECS m811LU mobo, 1.8 Duron, 128mb PC2100 & used video
card. I did notice that when it did boot it only registered the ram as 64mb
instead of 128mb. Shouldn't it at least fire the monitor even if the memory
is bad? Any help is appreciated, thanks Ray
