Wont let me access Media Library!!

My Windows Media Library wont let me open it for some
strange reason, and that goes for my "Search for Media
Files..." under Tools. It wont do nothing what so ever,
it just says "Searching Media Files..." but doesnt do a
thing. Can Somebody help me please!!
 
I have the same issue. Had it once before and the issue
is a corrupt file deep in the player. Fix is easy but I
lost the directions on how to do. Help us please!
