Wont Boot

my computer froze up and now when i attempt to boot it
goes to the windows xp screen with the progress bar, then
goes black, then starts over. it keeps rebooting over
and over, doing the same thing everytime. PLEASE HELP

Boot from the XP CD and run Repair
