Wonder A/V Sync Fix for SP2

I saw the fix below mentioned on ATIs site and went to M$s site but could
not get the fix. Has anyone been able to get it? If so, how. Its a major
irritation.

Audio and video out of sync on some channels or recordings
The information in this article applies to certain TV Tuner products under
Windows XP Service Pack 2 (including Media Center Edition).

While watching TV or playing back captured video, audio may be out of sync
with the video. This issue is not specific to ATI, as it may affect 3rd
party TV Tuner / capture devices as well.

The following ATI products may be affected:
E-HOME WONDER
HDTV WONDER
TV WONDER Series
Microsoft has posted Knowledge Base Article - 887131, stating a fix is now
available.

You can't get it without contacting Microsoft. I don't know why they do
this? This is about the third time I had to contact them for a fix, usually
involving video. Click the link on the article page and sign in if you have
a passport, then choose to email them. I just did that a few minutes ago.
They should get back to you in a few days-hopefully with the file.

Thanks for reply. Thats what I was afraid of. I try to have as little to do
with M$ as possible. Wouldn't have bought XP if not for HDTV Wonder.
