WOA and display problem

I have a user that experiences a problem with WOA and its display. She
indicates the following "Outlook bottom pane will only display, only a red
'x' like a picture should be their via webmail, cannot focus to type?". The
OS is Vista w/IE7. Any ideas?

I'll bite. What's WOA?

Assuming you mean OWA...

a) microsoft.public.exchange.clients is the right place
for OWA issues as it is part of Exchange, not part of Outlook.

b) You'll want to tell your Exchange administrator to install the hotfix in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/911829 on the server because
someone is running Vista, and that should put the text boxes back on the
form.
