WMP9

I have WMP 9 on XP pro and recently the wmp will NOT open in windows but is minimised to task bar.The only way to view it is to MAXIMISE it with a video card prog called nView.However when it is opened with nView wmp9 is now three times wider than my screen.It still works OK but too wide. No amount of dragging / or anything else will set it to fit within the win pane. I have NO virus activity and no adaware present. I do not know how this happened

Any advice will be gratefully received

I have windows xp home edition but I think you can fix this by clicking right on wmp9 icon and click on properties then click on shortcut (I asume that you are clicking on a wmp9 shortcut) and then see if run is set to normal window if it is try changing it to to minimized and then change it back to normal window
