I have a new Pc. Right from the start I could not get WMP
to play tracks. It would only keep saying it was asking
for a codec although I only have Mp3 or wave tracks. Then
it will rapidly say error downloading codec then it says
it is connecting. I reinstalled WMP 9 3 times but no
improvement. So I changed the sound card but it is no
different. Microsoft sent a new driver for the soundcard
still no joy! Can anybody help! Thanks in advance for any
