WMP 10 - Internal Application Error

I recently sought help on here for ".EXE File Assocition Problems". So far
all .exe's can be opened again so that problem seems to be fixed. However,
I'm having problems using Windows Media Player now. I've tried reinstalling
but still get the error message "Internal Application Error has occured." I'm
pretty sure this is a problem with the registry. Any ideas?
