.wma file won't loop

Somehow or another I was able to get a .wma file to loop in the background on
PPT 2003. I had to reinsert/relink the file at somepoint and now the music
won't loop. I've read the tutorials and set the sound to end at 999 slides
but it still only plays through once. Any suggestions?

Hi AL

On the Effects tab of the custom animation for the sound, select '999'
slides for 'stop playing after' (I think this is what you have already done)
then on the Timing tab, set the repeat to 999 too.

Thanks for your reply. Tried that as well with no results. Also turned on
the rewind option and still no results. Any more suggestions?
