WM window size in W7

I now have Win7 and started using WM, but mail window always starts
maximized. I press the normal icon and size as desired/close, but once again
it still starts maximized. How do I get it to startup in a reduced size
window???

Close all but one (1) such window. "Grab" the corners of the remaining
window with your cursor and "stretch" it to the desired size. Now close the
resized window.

The resized window MUST be the last window closed in order for its size to
be remembered.

Are you sure? WM does not run in Windows 7 unless you have applied
a special hack. Always disclose any hacks you may have employed.
