I need the settings explained to me, please. Also, which is highly
recommended.

Tools - Options - Send tab - Mail Sending Format, HTML Settings button
MIME message format - Encode text using: options are: none, quoted
printable, base 64. Which one of these is the best to use?

Not checked: Allow 8-bit characters in headers.
Checked are the following: Sending pictures with messages and Indent message
on reply.
Automatically wrap text at ?? characters, when sending.

Thanks for your help.

It may depend on what part of AT&T you're in, but I've had no
problems using quoted printable in the bellsouth.net part.

The wrap setting is grayed out, but set at 76.
