unreadable email

Helo,

With some email sender, emails are unreadable. messages contain header and
all HTML tag. See exemple below.

Select each part of the broken apart message while holding down the Ctrl
Key, then on the message menu select Combine & Decode, then open the
resultant attachment.

I cannot find combine & decode.
