WM controlling filenames

OK... here's what's going on...

I've ripped some of my various artists (80's music) CDs
and I was trying to overwrite the track info based on the
actual original sources for the songs... I can do that,
but Windows Media quickly renames and moves them back to
original folder based on the album they were ripped
from. what's worse, is if the track info changed, it'll
rename it whatever that track number is on the original
album-

Example:

I take Loverboy - Working for the Weekend.mp3 and I
relink the media info to the original album, "Working for
the Weekend" (which makes it track 2)... then I move it
to the folder Loverboy/Working for the Weekend (based on
the album)
Then some how, when played, Windows Player recoginizes
it's original info and moves it back to the original
folder. Then, because it was originally Track 1 on that
album, it renames it Kajagoogoo - Too Shy(2).mp3 because
that is what track 2 was on the original album!!

I understand the whole turning on and off the windows
media control of where to place the file, but I want that
service, I just want to be able to override the original
settings with my manual ones and have them stay!!!

Please help!

I don't think you can have it both ways.
