WLM set up

How does one interface with Windows newsgroup using Windows live mail which
is installed in my pc?
When I try to setup an account I am not sure what to enter in the boxes.
Comcast dropped support so I hope WLM will allow me to exchange comments
with windows xp help and support and others.

The setup for WLMail is the same as for OE.
