WLM Install problem

When I first installed WLM, it went smoothly without a hitch. Setup my email
accounts and all was fine. Then each time I started it, it would say 'unable
to poll for messages' or something like that. I would close then restart it
and it would be fine. However I got the lame notion that if I re-install it,
it would correct itself. Bad move. It uninstalled OK, but upon re-installing,
it would go through an endless loop with the message "Please wait while
Windows configures Windows Live Mail". Then it would say "Windows Live Mail
has stopped working" and it would offer a choice to check online for a
solution (hopeless option if you ask me) or close the program.

Well now the programs install is in limbo, half installed and unworkable and
cant reinstall as it would go through the same endless loop. Please help.
Thanks.

You may have to remove it manually. Do a search on
"Windows Live Mail" to find all the directories where it
has stowed the various pieces. Also search the registry
for all occurrences of the same, and delete those keys.

Uninstall it from the Control Panel.
