with out password we can read all mail in 2003 outlook

i can read all mails in 2003 outlook with entering password but in 2000
outlook until we are not entering password we can't read any mails and it
will not display the message but in 2003 outlook we can see all email and we
can read how to secure this mail how to hide this mail until we not entering
password it should not show any email in pane any body can help me

Not really the right place to ask this. I don't know if anyone will be able
to help.
This group is for questions about MS Access the database product.
You should try an Outlook newsgroup(microsoft.public.outlook ?), or if your
network has an Exchange Server, maybe an Exchange
one...?(microsoft.public.exchange ?)
