Can I access the emails that I have read(downloaded) on my computer through
outlook express after the password is changed?
Since I have several emails currently, and maybe sometime, I would forget
one password of them someday.
But I've downloaded every single email to my computer through Windows Live
Mail, so, can I access the emails that I've downloaded into my computer
again when the password is changed or some guy stole it?

product that's part of Office Professional.

You'd be best off reposting your question to a newsgroup related to Windows
Live Mail, or one related to Outlook Express.
